A Taste of Golden Pond
At Golden Pond our cuisine reflects our residents
taste through comments and suggestions from the Resident Dietary Committee. We serve three healthy tasteful
meals a day which are approved by our Registered
Dietitian. Meals are served restaurant style in one of our three gracious dining rooms. Room service is
also available at no extra cost. Special event meals are held throughout the year. Meal planning is available for family gathering such as birthdays, anniversary, or any special event. To experience A Taste of Golden Pond, please join us for lunch

 Chef Kelly
is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy. Kelly was classically trained in
traditional French cuisine with a strong Euro-Asian influence. Golden Pond features a four week rotating menu
which allows us to introduce seasonal, new and exciting dishes, all from fresh ingredients. Some of our
ingredients are grown in our own garden. Chef Kelly comments "My experience and involvement with the
residents keeps the dining experience refreshing and stimulating. "
Assistant Chef Maria is a graduate of Orange County Culinary School. Maria has been with
Golden Pond cooking and interacting with our residents and staff for 5 years. "Golden Pond Communities is
not only a place of employment, this is also our home. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my
life."
